At Bastiaansen Bio we have a broad selection of herb cheeses. These are all made using either cow’s milk or goat’s milk, and by adjusting the colour or the flavour we are able to create a wide variety of different herb cheeses. We started off with flavours such as ‘garlic and basil’, ‘italiano’ and ‘carrot’. But now our range has expanded to include flavours such as ‘wasabi’, ‘wild garlic’, 'coriander fenugreek' and ‘italiano’.
