The Bastiaansen Bio plain cheeses form the basis of our range. These cheeses are available at all our points of sale and are available as young, matured and old cheese. Only for our cheeses made from goat’s milk are we dependent on the availability of the milk. Cheeses made from cow’s milk can be supplied in additional categories (young matured, extra matured and very old), making this type of cheese our most extensive range. The final plain cheese variety in our selection is that made from sheep’s milk. A not to be missed variety in our basic range.
All of our plain cheeses are made from pasteurised milk and natural vegetarian rennet. We give all of our cheeses the time they need to ripen until their optimal flavour has developed and we can make them available for sale.
